After suffering with RSI in 2009 I heard of a new approach called NO HANDS® Massage which was zero strain. This approach not only saved my practice like so many other therapists I have spoken to on courses but has changed my life. I don’t feel tired and worn-out thinking I can't do another massage at the end of the day. I honestly feel energised like I have just finished a Tai Chi or Yoga class.
NO HANDS® is a complete therapy of Powerful Touch and communication, it works on many levels Physical, Emotional, Energetic, Mental and Spiritual (PEEMS). I have witnessed amazing transformations in therapists and clients throughout my journey with NO HANDS®. I become an instructor in 2015, I was honoured to be able to teach other therapists and to witness them giving this wonderful healing synergy of Powerful Touch. My courses are small, intimate and friendly taught in a purpose-built training room.
This course is 90% practical which enables students to experience the power of both giving and receiving treatments as well as learning how to protect your career for the rest of your professional life.
You will learn the basic philosophy & mental disciplines involved in NO HANDS® i.e: How to go slow, to breathe from your Hara, fall softly, powerfully and safely onto your clients without hurting yourself or them. 7 postural keys, Business Building and much more. Full Body Nurture, Full Body Structure plus 3 mini treatments.
This is a 6-day course split into 2 modules consisting of 3 consecutive days each module.

This One Day Course is for any insured Massage Therapist.
What is really deep massage and bodywork? Sometimes the lightest touch can produce the deepest outcomes for your clients and other times clients want more depth than we can safely provide without injuring ourselves. On this day you will learn how to work comfortably and safely across the whole spectrum of depth, how it can impact on you and your clients. You will be working over clothes and towels.
This is a day of Contrast Combining Deep and Light Touch and is an introduction into the Power of NO HANDS®.

This course is for anyone who wants to refresh their skills that has previously attended a NO HANDS® Massage Course and has a valid insurance. These courses are 1 day. I will teach to what level you have learnt only so please enquire on booking.
